OUR APPROACH

Evidence-Based, Data-Driven Approaches to Fitness

Scientific evidence is core to our programming and approach to fitness and performance. All of our programmes are built on best practices coming from decades of evidence from science, filtered through the expertise of our experienced coaches. We also use athlete performance data to adapt and personalise training programmes, meeting the athletic where they are at any point tin time.

True Concurrent Training & General Athletic Development

At the heart of our approach is a desire to improve performance of several key areas concurrently. In our non-specialist programmes, there is always some focus on dedicated aerobic capacity and athletic development, removed of the demands of any specific sport. Expect variations of plyometrics, ballistic work, rate of force development work, agility and sprint work, and so on.

14-day Onboarding Process

All new clients will get a 14-day onboarding process with the coach to ensure that they get the most out of our platform and their training.

1:1 Coach Check-Ins

Across most of our programmes, we give athletes the opportunity to regularly check in with their coach about their performances and programme. These conversations keep both coaches and athletes accountable, and help us personalise your programming on-the-fly if needed.

No Long-Term Commitment

While all of our programmes are written with mid-to-long goals in mind, we understand that life does not always allow for long-term commitments. All of our programming is priced per month, with no obligation to stay longer than you need. Athletes stay on the system, so coming back to where you left off is easy.

Everybody has different goals with training, with different logistical/time constraints, and training histories. Whether you want to get strong, or you're training for a marathon, you want to add on muscle mass and get jacked, or whether you just want to feel athletic and stay healthy across a spectrum of modalities, we have a programme for you. We also work closely with athletes to personalise and individualise their programming if required.
